The position?
Our Application Management department is a key component in the delivery of Cambio’s core services. The department consists of four expert teams that work closely together, adapting their collaboration depending on delivery scope and customer needs. In total, the department comprises approximately 30 technical engineers, primarily based in Linköping, with additional team members in Stockholm.
As the scope and complexity of our deliveries continue to grow, we see a clear need to strengthen our leadership capacity within Application Management. To ensure sustainable people management, continued team development, and high?quality service delivery, the department is now being divided into two equally sized Application Management teams.
We are therefore looking for two Department Managers who will work closely together as one leadership team. The managers will share responsibility for personnel, collaboration, and delivery, while jointly overseeing the Application Management function as a whole. This setup enables closer leadership, better support for the teams, and a more sustainable way of managing both people and deliveries over time.
The teams are characterised by strong self?leadership and deliver both internal services and external support and consultancy to our customers. Within the department, a specialised team focuses on 3rd line support, supporting end users and customer organisations in the use and management of Cambio’s commercial applications, with a particular focus on Cambio COSMIC, our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

Responsibilities

Personnel management, being leader that will ensure your employees have a work environment that enables a healthy work balance and motivating day to day work.


Develop delivery processes both within the team, but also between different teams, in collaboration with other leaders and team members. Working with KPI:s and finance follow-up.


Be a key player in the IT management team, helping shape strategy and spotting smart tech solutions that boost how we work and help us reach our goals.

We are looking for a System Owner who will play a key role in shaping how we manage and develop our internal systems. Working closely with your team, you will contribute to building a unified system management approach that delivers stability, reliability, and strong governance. You will take ownership of several internal systems, including those for document and print management, as well as HR and finance. 
You will be part of IT Production Services, an organization responsible for managing and supporting our internal systems and users. IT Production Services consists of our helpdesk, system owners, and technical specialists within the O365 suite. As IT Application Support Manager, you are responsible for leading a team of 15 people based in Linköping and Stockholm. The team focuses on 3rd line support of our end-users and customer organizations in the usage and management of Cambio’s commercial applications, with a special focus on Cambio COSMIC, our EHR system. The position
Cambio is expanding, with new customers and a growing service delivery. We are now looking for several IT Service Technicians with experience of, and expertise within, IT-support.

You will belong to Cambio IT department and will become part of the IT Service team, where you will work in close collaboration with other IT Service Technicians to provide world class internal IT-support for your fellow Cambian’s. Din roll och teamet
Historiskt sätt levererar vi produkter men just nu befinner vi i oss en spännande transformeringsfas där vi kommer att börja leverera våra e-hälsolösningar som en tjänst - Managed Services. Därför söker vi nu en Support Specialist för att stärka upp vår kundsupport. Det här är tjänsten för dig som vill du vara med på vår resa mot framtidens support inom svensk sjukvård!

I rollen som Technical Support Specialist på Contact Center är du företagets ansikte utåt och kommer att ha mycket kontakt med våra kunder. Förutom arbetet med inkommande ärenden och funktionell analys, kommer du även att få möjligheten att fortlöpande bygga upp din kompetens. Vi lägger stort fokus på teamarbete, alla tar ansvar och bidrar med det dom kan, så att vi som team kan leverera bästa möjliga kundupplevelse. Arbetet sker i stor utsträckning enligt principerna inom ITIL.

Du kommer att jobba med felsökning i databaser och utvecklingsmiljöer för att hitta eventuella buggar samt förbereda ärenden på en så bra nivå som möjligt för att sedan utvecklingsteamet ska kunna ta vid på ett smidigt sätt. I rollen kommer du ha mycket kontakt med både kunder och olika utvecklingsteam internt i organisationen.

Vi söker en person som kan hjälpa kunderna med deras behov och få kunderna att känna sig väl bemötta. Contact Center är en viktig del i Cambios erbjudande där du kommer att ha en central roll när det kommer till en snabb och proffsig återkoppling till våra kunder. Vi tror att du trivs i en grupp med mycket driv och ansvar.



Vi lägger stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet och söker dig med kundfokus och driv, som gillar att ge professionell service anpassad efter olika kunders specifika behov. Du är lättlärd och kan snabbt sätta dig in i nya system och de arbetsprocesser som används inom vården. Som person är du lugn och kan arbeta metodiskt i en miljö med högt tempo, där du kan hantera flera supportärenden och processer parallellt. Du är även en ansvarsfull lagspelare som arbetar mot uppsatta mål. Vi ser även att du har ett genuint intresse och fallenhet för teknik och IT. Kanske har du testat att programmerat på fritiden eller jobbet och/eller laborerat med servrar och nätverk.





Krav

- Relevant eftergymnasial utbildning
- Mycket god kommunikativ förmåga i svenska i både tal och skrift.
- Grundläggande förståelse för infrastrukturella komponenter och deras inbördes beroenden.
- Programmeringsvana, eller förmåga att läsa och förstå (java-) kod.
- Grundläggande databasvana/-förståelse




Meriterande:

- Erfarenhet av supportarbete.
- Erfarenhet av sjukvård och relaterade IT-system i någon form.
- Erfaranhet av Java- och/eller HTML-utveckling
- Erfarenhet av MS Server eller annan relationsdatabas
- Erfarenhet av Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift eller annan containerteknologi




Placeringsort: Linköping

Anställningsform: Tillsvidareanställning, 6 månaders provanställning

The position

As a Business Analyst, you work closely with one of our agile R&D development teams to investigate and analyze requirements and design solutions for the development of one of Sweden's leading electronic health record systems .

You are an important link between the developers and the customer, with the mission to understand the needs of end users and translate them into technical solutions together with developers, architects, product owners, UX designers and informaticians . You often get to follow a project all the way from pre-study to development and deployment at the customer's premises. With us, you get meaningful work where you help to improve and digitize the healthcare processes. In this way, you contribute to increasing the involvement of patients in their own care.

We are currently looking for a Business Analysts who will work with areas including maternity and delivery care, plan support and care documentation. You will work with developing both functional and non-functional requirements.

Within the role, there are great opportunities to develop, for example towards a more senior and specialized role or to work as a Product Owner in our product organization.

About you

Requirements?

- Experience of working with business analysis, requirement analysis, product design or similar and how business needs can be translated into software development

- Communicates fluently in English in speech and writing

It's a bonus if you

- Experience of having worked with IT solutions for healthcare

- Have experience of working with standards in medical informatics, preferably HL7 FHIR

- Have a university education in Medical Informatics, Systems Science or equivalent

- Have experience of working with agile product development

- Have experience of user research

- Communicates fluently in Swedish in speech and writing
