Job Description
The IFS payroll process is outsourced to a global company, CloudPay, and currently includes 33 payrolls in 23 countries. The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring and coaching the Payroll Executives and Payroll Support Teams within the Global Payroll Team based in Sri Lanka. They will also be responsible for ensuring that the processing and approval of payrolls are completed in an accurate and timeous manner. You will be required to work closely with key stakeholders across the business including
HRSSC, HRIS, Finance, and internal/ external audit.
Tasks include but are not limited to:

Over-sight of the payroll regions assigned to you
Maintain a close working relationship with the Global Payroll Manager, Executives & Support Team and their peers in global HR teams as well as CloudPay officials and subordinates
Conduct regular reviews with the HRSSC team and CloudPay counterparts.
Be the escalation point for all Payroll queries within your region
Investigate, reconcile, and correct payroll data issues, discrepancies and errors
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of on-demand checks for terminations, retro-adjustments and other disbursements determined to be necessary for immediate distribution
Management of the Nordic pension & insurance administration
Management of social security reporting with external service providers
Management of the Swedish benefit platform “Benify”
SCB statistic reporting
Management of the Nordic expenses



Qualifications
Degree qualified or equivalent experience
Payroll Professional Certified - CIPP/IPASS/APA or equivalent.
Working in Nordic payrolls is essential, with a minimum of 7 years’ experience,

We are looking for an experienced enterprise-level Systems Engineer who will assist employees around the globe with focus on the NORDICS Market Unit on client support, software installations, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues remotely.
Primary Job Role:
Primary duty is to provide onsite support from office on End-user IT Equipment, troubleshooting issues and managing IT Equipment Inventory

Ability to learn software applications and support windows systems and knowledge on Mac OS will be added advantage.

Strong understanding in basic IT technical concepts such as Microsoft Services, Networking, IT Infrastructure etc.

Qualifications
Required Competence, Technical Skills & Expertise
Degree in Human Resource Management / Human Capital Management or an equivalent professional qualification.
Minimum 3 years of experience from either strategic work within HR departments or from working directly with HCM-related software solutions.
Prior industry experience with thorough knowledge of working with different Business Applications is a definite plus.
The ability to efficiently engage with requirement owners and other stakeholders while contributing in activities related to product/solution management.
Excellent Communication and Presentation skills along with the ability of applying expertise & technology to achieve work objectives.

You are an important resource for sales enablement in the technical field, new documentation and input to commercial writing which includes presentations, contract documents and sizing guides. As a UX Designer you contribute to IFS Aurena - user experience for the most recent IFS products including framework and a suite of business applications.
This includes
being part of creating and improving the design guidelines and principles
collaborating with product managers and developer teams to gather and evaluate all the requirements
creating user flows and wire frames for the features
creating UI designs based on the IFS Design System and guidelines
mapping and understanding of the user journeys and technical limitations

Qualifications

You are aware of current trends in visual communication and have a solid understanding of design principles (e.g. info hierarchy, layout, typography, color).
