The job - what you’d be working on
As a Channel Sales Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our partner ecosystem, strengthening our presence in the fiber Telco industry, and driving revenue growth. This is a newly created position, offering you the opportunity to shape and execute Netadmin’s channel sales strategy from the ground up. You’ll focus on identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new partners, as well as strengthening relationships with existing ones.
As our Channel Sales Manager you’ll be reporting to our VP of Sales & Marketing and working closely with Resellers, Sales Agents, and Eco System Partners, forging long-term relationships while establish and executing sales plans and go-to-market strategies to grow revenue in accordance with quota targets.
This is a hybrid role, with key markets in the Nordics, Western Europe, and the US.
Primary responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Channel Sales & Partner Development
Develop and execute channel sales program that drives revenue growth through new and existing partners.
Identify, recruit, and onboard Value-Added Resellers (VARs), Sales Agents, and Technology Partners.
Establish and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with key partners.
Align partner programs with Netadmin’s business objectives and market needs.
Channel Sales & Revenue Growth
Drive channel revenue growth by supporting partners in identifying and closing opportunities.
Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with partners.
Work cross-functionally with sales and marketing to build joint initiatives that generate demand.
Ensure partners are trained and equipped to effectively sell and support Netadmin’s solutions.
Channel Performance & Partner Engagement
Conduct contract negotiations to secure long-term partner engagements.
Establish and track KPIs and performance metrics, continuously optimizing partner strategies for maximum impact.
Report regularly on partner performance and market trends to senior leadership.
Skills and competences
We are looking for someone with the following experience, skills, and personal characteristics:
Must have
Proven experience in partner/channel management and/or direct sales, ideally within IT software solutions for the telecom industry.
A strong network within the Telco industry, with existing relationships across multiple levels.
Experience working with channel partners, resellers, and VARs and building effective partner programs.
Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to engage at C-level.
A strategic mindset, with the ability to translate business goals into tangible partner initiatives.
Fluency in English; Swedish and German language skills are a plus.
