Vi söker en senior Produktägare med fokus på den digitala arbetsplatsen baserad på Microsoft 365-ekosystemet. Rollen innebär ett helhetsansvar för att vidareutveckla och förvalta digitala tjänster som skapar en modern, effektiv och säker arbetsmiljö för organisationens medarbetare.


Arbetsuppgifter
Ansvara för helhetslösningen inom Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive m.fl.)
Säkerställa att tjänster och lösningar stödjer verksamhetens behov och mål
Prioritera och driva utveckling i nära samarbete med verksamheten och IT
Arbeta enligt agila principer och driva backloggar på ett strukturerat och målstyrt sätt
Fungera som brygga mellan verksamhet och teknik med fokus på användarvänlighet, nytta och långsiktig förvaltning

Krav
Minst 8 års erfarenhet som produktägare eller liknande roll
Gedigen erfarenhet av Microsoft 365-ekosystemet, inklusive Teams, SharePoint och OneDrive
Erfarenhet från arbete i större organisationer och komplexa miljöer
Vana av agila arbetssätt och backlogghantering
Mycket god kommunikativ förmåga och förmåga att översätta verksamhetens behov till digitala lösningar

Meriterande
Erfarenhet av ledarskap i utvecklings- eller förändringsprojekt
Kunskap inom säkerhets- och efterlevnadsfrågor kopplade till Microsoft 365

What will you be working with?
We are looking for students to help out with tasks in our lab and/or the production facility. The tasks would mainly consist of quality testing and electronic characterization.
The tasks include:
Manually cutting around sheets of the product
Visual inspections of the product
Performance measurements with electronic equipment
Generic help with production tasks in our lab and/or the production facility according to the daily needs

You will be employed on an hourly basis, being willing to work somewhere around 2-10 hours per week depending on the needs.
Who are you?
For this role, we are looking for people who are happy to carry out a manual set of tasks of the post process production runs in a thorough manner. You should be focused and have an eye for details, and not be afraid to communicate any issues to your colleagues. You should be a team-player and a social person who thrives in the culture of exciting scale-ups. The tasks are repetitive and easy to learn so no previous experience or educational background is required. What is important is that you have the right mindset!
As Epishine’s team consists of people from all over the world, it is necessary that you are comfortable speaking English and that you enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment. As the working hours depend on the existing needs of our lab, you should be flexible and happy to work with short notice. S2Medical develops, produces and sells innovative medical devices on a global market. We are looking for a person with previous experience in biosynthetic production of medical devices. Knowledge in production under ISO13485 is a demand. The person must be used to and comfortable with lifting of heavy objects and working in high temperatures. The person can not be a smoker as that is a requirement for working in our clean room environments. Fluency in Bosnian language is highly valued as well as fitting in the group dynamic. The person who we are looking for will be responsible for maintaining the production of our medical devices.
