Sammanfattning av tjänsten
Som Produktionstekniker kommer du att utföra rutinmässiga karakteriseringar för produktionen samt assistera vid utrustningsunderhåll, dagliga kontroller och övervakning. Du kommer att förbereda wafers för rengöring och paketering samt bidra till ordning och underhåll i laboratoriet. Personen i denna roll rapporterar till produktionschefen och ansvarar för ett antal specifika arbetsuppgifter som listas nedan under ansvarsområden.

Ansvarsområden
Daglig produktion: Förbereda, köra samt efterarbete av produkter i produktionsreaktorn.
Karakterisering: Utföra dagliga karakteriseringar och/eller inspektioner (t.ex. optisk mikroskopi, elektriska mätningar, röntgendiffraktion).

- Karakteriseringsmetoder inkluderar: tjockleksmappning, resistivitetsmätning, LEI-mätning, kapacitans-spänningsmätning, optisk mikroskopi, röntgendiffraktometri, atomkraftsmikroskopi.
- De flesta mätverktyg är semi-automatiserade.
Övervaka och dokumentera hårdvaru- och utrustningsstatus.
Kalibrera utrustning enligt intervall.

As Head of Sales at SweGaN, you will lead and manage the entire global sales function, overseeing all sales-related activities across international markets in Asia, North America, and Europe. Based at the company’s headquarters in Linköping, you will play a pivotal role in scaling SweGaN’s commercial operations and driving strategic growth as the company transitions from a scale-up to a world-leading semiconductor manufacturer.


This is a key leadership position with full responsibility for the development, execution, and continuous optimization of SweGaN’s sales strategy, with a strong emphasis on technical, solution-oriented selling and quality-driven execution. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in complex, product-driven sales, requiring a deep understanding of SweGaN’s technology and products and the ability to translate technical value into clear customer benefits. Sales are driven not only by commercial considerations, but by performance, reliability, compliance, and long-term customer value.


You will manage and develop the sales organization, including the Sales Manager and Sales Assistant, ensuring that all sales activities are aligned with company objectives, the product roadmap, and ISO-certified quality processes. Working closely with the CEO as well as R&D, engineering, operations, and quality teams, you will ensure strong alignment between product capabilities, customer needs, and regulatory and quality requirements. You will also design and oversee an efficient, technically grounded, and ISO-aligned sales process from lead qualification through contract finalization.


Business development is a central part of the role, identifying and developing global opportunities in technically demanding and quality-critical markets while building and maintaining long-term relationships with strategic customers across technical, quality, and purchasing functions. Data-driven decision-making is key: you will use CRM and other data sources to analyze performance, evaluate strategy effectiveness, set KPIs, and drive continuous improvement to meet revenue, customer satisfaction, and product adoption goals. In parallel, you will mentor and coach the sales team to strengthen both commercial and technical, quality-aware selling capabilities.
A successful candidate is either already strong in semiconductor technology or demonstrates a proven ability and willingness to quickly learn complex products, and is comfortable working in an ISO-governed, quality-focused industrial environment. The role also requires maintaining strong market and technology intelligence to stay ahead of industry trends, applications, and competitor technologies.
Main responsibilities
Manage the entire sales department and oversee all global sales-related operations.
Develop and execute global sales strategies aligned with company objectives, product roadmap, and quality management system.
Drive technically focused and quality-driven sales execution, ensuring customers clearly understand SweGaN’s product value, reliability, and compliance.
Ensure that sales processes, customer agreements, and commitments are aligned with ISO requirements and internal quality procedures.
Oversee the day-to-day creation and refinement of sales plans, analysing performance metrics and sales data to inform decisions.
Design and implement tailored sales strategies for each vertical, application, channel, and offering.
Lead the development and optimization of the company’s end-to-end, product-centric and ISO-aligned sales process.
Set and track departmental KPIs, adjusting initiatives to maximize results and meet business and quality targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships, including at technical and quality decision-maker level.
Build, mentor, and support the sales team, ensuring strong technical understanding and compliance with quality processes.
Work closely with executive, technical, and quality teams to align market needs with internal capabilities and certified processes.
Represent SweGaN at trade shows, industry events, and in high-level customer and partner negotiations.



Experience/Qualifications
Master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering, materials science, business, or a related field.
10+ years of international B2B sales experience in the semiconductor or high-tech industries.
Minimum 5 years in a senior sales leadership role.
Strong technical understanding of GaN, SiC, RF, and/or power semiconductor applications, or a proven ability to learn complex technologies quickly.
Demonstrated experience in selling technically complex, quality-critical products and solutions.
Experience working within ISO-certified organizations and with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or similar).
Proficient in CRM and ERP tools (e.g., Salesforce, Monitor).

Tasks and responsibilities:
Execute the routine production work independently
Set and modify production processes, review material analysis data, and perform the process adjustments needed in accordance with standard operating procedures
Ensure the product is of high quality and meets the customer specifications
Maintain all the documentation related to the production activites and the quality control
Troubleshoot process-related and hardware-related issues in the production with the maintenance and engineering personnel and to facilitate efficient repair.

Position Summary:
As a Production Technician your role would include routine characterizations for production as well as assisting equipment maintenance, daily check and monitoring. You will prepare for wafer cleaning and packaging and contribute to lab cleanness and maintenance. Wafer Characterization: Perform characterization and/or inspections on a daily basis (e.g. optical microscope inspections, electrical measurement, X-ray diffraction measurement).
Characterizations include Thickness Mapping, Sheet Resistance Measurement, LEI Measurement, Capacitance-Voltage measurement, Optical Microscopy, X-ray diffractometry, Atomic Force Microscopy.
Note: most of the measurement tools are operated in a semi-automatic fashion.
Monitors and records hardware and equipment conditions for daily check.
Calibrate equipment on the basis of required frequency.
Assist in the maintenance of hardware and equipment.
Preparation of clean substrate for production and R&D use.
Wafer cleaning and packaging.
Lab cleanness and maintenance.
Data entry and wafer flow management in MES system.
Support XRD data simulations.
Support production scheduling and prioritization of daily tasks.


Requirements:
Bachelor's degree. Education in Science or technology.
English professional working proficiency.

SALES MANAGER
As Sales Manager, you will be part of our sales team together with the Director of Sales and a sales assistant, but also collaborate with our CEO for business development and customer support. This is a key role who ensures that our plans and strategies are executed. We currently have customers in Asia, North America and Europe, and our business involves long-term commitments for both parties. Role Overview:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients in the semiconductor industry. You will collaborate closely with our technical team to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the semiconductor market.

Tasks and responsibilities:
Execute the routine production work independently
Set and modify production processes, review material analysis data, and perform the process adjustments needed in accordance with standard operating procedures
Ensure the product is of high quality and meets the customer specifications
Maintain all the documentation related to the production activites and the quality control
Troubleshoot process-related and hardware-related issues in the production with the maintenance and engineering personnel and to facilitate efficient repair.

Du kommer att få analysera XRD-data för att förstå hur processen har gått och utifrån olika kunders krav förstå vad som påverkar slutresultatet.
