As our Senior UX Designer you will work closely together with product owners, business analysts and developers in the product teams, designing effective, accessible, and appealing user interfaces. We work in short iterations and really like when we can involve customer/end-users directly by frequently shipping updates to them based on their feedback.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of relevant work experience, for example as UI, UX or product designer

About the role
We are looking for a Digital Learning Experience Designer (LxD) to help us build and expand a portfolio of top quality learning material for our customer learning site, Medius Academy, developed according to the latest research within adult learning, user behavior and instructional design. This is an opportunity for the right person to combine passion for technology with excellent communication skills. As an LxD, you will be a key player in building and knowledge of our products and the value they bring to our customers. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts for content development such as Customer Success Managers, Implementation Consultants, Product Management, and Marketing. The objectives with the role is to increase speed of onboarding, empower our customers to optimize their Medius output and user experience, and build brand awareness.


Some of your main tasks and responsibilities
As an LxD, you will be the system owner of Medius Academy and create best in class learning content and build digital Learning Experiences for Medius customers. You will produce digital content in various formats including text, visual and audio content. You will also work with content strategies, setting learning objectives and creating certification processes. Depending on your previous experience and knowledge, you may also participate in creating technical documentation and instructions for our products.

The position
As a Technical Consultant you will join Medius Professional Services team and play a vital role in projects implementing our spend management suite for our customers. As a Project Manager/Application Consultant you will join Medius Professional Services team and be responsible for leading projects implementing our spend management suite for our customers. As our UX Lead you will both lead, nurture and grow our team of UX designers as well as leading key UX initiatives. You will work closely with Product Managers and other stakeholders to make sure that the solution will meet the high expectations. We work in short iterations and really like when we can involve customer/end-users directly by frequently shipping updates to them based on their feedback.


Key responsibilities:


Lead the team of UX designers
Define and maintain UX design processes and practices
Establish strong relationships between UX, product, technology, and business
Be involved in development of new solutions. Both by leading others as well as acting as a UX designer



Qualifications:


5+ years of relevant work experience, for example as UI, UX or product designer
Work experience in leadership roles, as project manager and/or as manager
Combination of analytical and hands-on problem-solving skillsRelevant degree in Human Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Interaction Design or similar - or equivalent work experience
Familiarity with UX design tools (Figma, Axure, html, ccs, js etc.) and other design and presentation tools
Experience in design of data-heavy UX will be considered an advantage
Self-starter with the ability to operate under minimal direction
A strong personal drive to deliver results by finding new solutions together with your team while having fun at work



To succeed in this role, you will need a business-oriented and customer-focused approach.

Profil
Vi söker dig som har goda redovisningskunskaper inklusive IFRS och intern kontroll samt vana att arbeta i internationella miljöer. Vi ser att rollen kommer passa dig som har minst 5 års erfarenhet som revisor vid Big-4 eller liknande. God Excel-vana och systemvana kommer att krävas. Det är meriterande med börsbolagserfarenhet eller ansvar för att implementera intern kontroll ramverk.
Vi lägger stor vikt vid dina personliga egenskaper där du har vana att driva och arbeta i projekt självständigt. Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter
Du kommer tillsammans med dina kollegor inom redovisningsteamet ansvara för den löpande redovisningen, en mindre del koncernredovisning (inkl IFRS-bokningar) och bokslut. Ekonomiteamet har en central roll i koncernen och fungerar som en serviceenhet mot merparten av våra bolag.




Dina arbetsuppgifter är varierande och kommer i rollen som redovisningsekonom att bestå av bland annat:


Helhetsansvar för ett/flera bolags redovisning inklusive avstämningar, månadsrapportering, momsavstämning, årsredovisning och deklaration
Likviditetsprognoser och liknande arbetsuppgifter.
Vara med och utveckla processer och rutiner på ekonomiavdelningen, för att kunna stödja bolagets utveckling.
Balans- och resultatanalys samt utredningar för legal och operativ uppföljning tillsammans med Business Controllers.




Erfarenhet och kvalifikationer
Vi söker dig som är civilekonom med flerårig erfarenhet från redovisning och rapportering. Erfarenhet från arbete med liknande arbetsuppgifter är nödvändig. Lika viktigt är det att du älskar siffor och att du förstår vad som ligger bakom dem. Du är väl förtrogen med de rutiner som förekommer på en redovisningsavdelning och är uppdaterad gällande lagar och regler inom området.


Då Medius följer IFRS på koncernnivå så är erfarenhet av IFRS meriterande, men inte ett krav. Vidare så använder Medius affärssystemet Microsoft Dynamics D365 och koncernrapporteringssystemet Cognos, därför är erfarenhet av dessa meriterande liksom goda kunskaper i Excel.


I rollen som redovisningsekonom på Medius är generell IT-vana och nyfikenhet över IT-system ett krav då vi löpande utvecklar och förbättrar vårt IT-stöd. Tjänsten kräver också att du är bekväm i engelska då det är företagets koncernspråk.
