As our Senior UX Designer you will work closely together with product owners, business analysts and developers in the product teams, designing effective, accessible, and appealing user interfaces. You will help maintaining and defining our UX design processes and practices, as well as make sure that the user-centered approach is followed during every part of the product design life-cycle.

We work in short iterations and really like when we can involve customer/end-users directly by frequently shipping updates to them based on their feedback.

Key responsibilities:

- Work with design for small interface details to large, strategic business initiatives
- Communicate and visualize your ideas trough e g sketches or prototypes
- Lead and run interviews and usability tests with our customers and users.
- Understand and balance user needs, business goals and technical feasibility


Who you are

As a person you are a driven and curious team player, who enjoy being an ambassador for design. You like to work with details, you have an analytical mindset and you are solution focused. You have experience from working in agile teams and enjoy continuously improving the ways of working.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of relevant work experience, for example as UI, UX or product designer
- Combination of analytical and hands-on problem-solving skills
- Relevant degree in Human Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Interaction Design or similar - or equivalent work experience
- Familiarity with UX design tools (we’re currently using Figma)
- Self-starter with the ability to operate under minimal direction.
- Have experience working with design systems and follow design patterns, as well as defining and improving them.
- A strong personal drive to deliver results by finding new solutions together with your team while having fun at work.

The position
As a Technical Consultant you will join Medius Professional Services team and play a vital role in projects implementing our spend management suite for our customers. You will be responsible for the technical deliverables within our customer projects, such as deploying and configuring integrations between our suite and our customers’ ERPs, guiding our customers in usage of our APIs, and implementing EDI invoice imports. You will also be key in translating our customers’ technical requirements and system layout into best practice setup and usage of our solutions.
Some of the tasks you will be performing:
Deploy and configure Medius standard integrations
Guide and support customers when communicating with Medius APIs
Conduct technical workshops with customers to gather and translate requirements
Guide customers in best practice processes and configuration
Configuration and technical setup of our SaaS applications
Implement EDI invoice imports

Requirements for the position:
A good understanding of integrations and APIs
Prior experience of IT system implementations, preferably cloud based/SaaS
Structured work approach and good communication skills
The ability to manage several parallel tasks with good quality and control
Fluent in local language?of the region you will be located in?(SE, NO, DK, NL, PL), both spoken and written
Fluent in?English?language, both spoken and written
Knowledge of IT system in general
Available for travels to client. Most work is done from your desk, but there might be occasional visits to client sites as the project work warrants (post COVID-19).

The position
As a Project Manager/Application Consultant you will join Medius Professional Services team and be responsible for leading projects implementing our spend management suite for our customers. You will be given large responsibilities from the very beginning, driving exciting and challenging projects both nationally and globally across our various markets
Together with other Medius project resources, you will guide our customers through the full onboarding lifecycle including solution design, deployment, UAT, and ultimately go-live and hyper care. The position is a combined role involving both project management and solution related tasks. Depending on project scope and complexity, you might in some cases perform tasks within both areas, and in others be more focused on one of them. You will over time have the opportunity to specialize more within one of the fields, depending on your specific profile and interests.


Some of the tasks you will be performing:
General project management activities such as project planning, resourcing, steering against milestones and managing project budgets
Performing workshops and conduct training sessions at customer site and/or remote
Configuration of Medius products based on customer needs and best practice
Assist customers in analyzing their current S2P/P2P processes
Assist customers in driving process improvement initiatives
Documentation of solution specifications and change requests
Reporting to project stakeholders



Requirements for the position:

Vi söker en Financial Controller till vår Finance & Accounting-organisation inom Medius Group Finance. Du kommer att ingå i ett internationellt team om tio personer, där din placering är i centrala Linköping.
Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter består bland annat av:
Uppföljning och analys månadsrapportering mot budget och prognos för gruppen.
Framtagande, implementering och uppföljning av rutiner för internkontroll och finansiell rapportering.
Finansiell support och analys vid budgetering, planering och uppföljning.

Profil
Vi söker dig som har goda redovisningskunskaper inklusive IFRS och intern kontroll samt vana att arbeta i internationella miljöer.
