Job Description
Forecasting: Create, maintain, and update sales projections in cooperation with the marketing department to support strategic planning.
Promotional Planning: Develop, update, and execute promotional campaigns together with the marketing department that drive customer conversion and sales growth.
Performance Analysis: Monitor daily sales performance, analyze results, and share actionable insights with relevant teams.
Sales Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for current and potential distributors and resellers.
Order Management: Process software sales orders and manage invoicing and sales reports from distributors and resellers.
Product Setup: Set up new products, define upgrade paths, and manage royalty reporting.



Required Qualifications
Relevant degree or experience.
At least 2-5 years of working experience within the field of sales operations, sales coordination, marketing coordination, or a similar role.
Experience within software, tech, or e-commerce.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Quick learner.
Familiar with sales processes, promotional planning, and working closely with marketing teams.
Comfortable with forecasting, tracking KPIs, and drawing insights from data.
Comfortable creating, managing, and analyzing data using Excel.

Job Description
You will work in a small hardware team that is developing the electronics, mechanics, embedded software and production test system for all Softube hardware products. The main part of your time would be spent working with embedded software development, but you will also work with development of our production test system and product life cycle system. You will also work with supporting our OEM partner during production.
Required Qualifications

At least 2 years of working experience.
Embedded software development ( C/C++) and debugging.

Job Description
Softube is developing and selling music software and hardware to consumers and businesses all around the world. Hundreds of orders, invoices and payments are processed every day across Softube AB and its subsidiaries in accordance with country and state specific tax regulations.
As our Accountant you will be a collaborative member of our finance team, take active part in day-to-day and periodic finance tasks, and support our internal departments. The tasks are varied, and everyone is expected to help with big and small things and together develop the finance function.
In your work you will:
· Work with the Softube finance and operations team as well as external partners involved in finance.
· Perform day-to-day accounting, invoicing, payments for Softube AB and subsidiaries.
· Perform balance reconciliation in conjunction with accounting period closings.
· Intercompany reconciliation
· Assist in the creation of financial reports, including periodic reports and annual reports.
· Perform national and international tax filings.
· Work with financial parts of the company EPR system (Dynamics 365 Business Central) and other financial support systems in collaboration with the company operations team.
· Assist employees in the purchase order and invoice approval flow in the ERP system.
· Make sure sales orders and credit memos are correctly accounted for in the company ERP system.
· Work with Softube departments, assist with their finance questions and provide support in their interactions with the company ERP system.

Required Qualifications
· Degree or relevant qualification within business administration/accounting.
· 2-6 years of working experience within the field of accounting and finance with Swedish accounting laws and principles.
· Good general computer skills and experience in working with spreadsheets and Office 365.
· Good communication skills, in both text and speech.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Fluent in English and Swedish, both oral and written.

Job Description
You will be part of the Sales & Marketing Department and the Brand Content team and will work in close collaboration with the Brand Content Manager, Director of Sales & Marketing, and other members of the department, as well as the Web team.
You will use your deep knowledge of ad platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms to set up, monitor, and analyze the results of marketing campaigns, making adjustments and recommendations whenever necessary to ensure we’re continuously on track to hit our KPIs.
Work in collaboration with the Director of Sales & Marketing, Brand Content Manager, and the team to define and distribute monthly budgets across different campaigns.
Work in collaboration with the team on the continuous planning for newsletters, the conduction of A/B tests, and the analysis of the results.
Work in collaboration with the Brand Content, Web, and Sales teams on optimizing SEO for landing pages, social channels and other customer touch points to ensure customers on all parts of the funnel get the most relevant message delivered to them.
Keeping up-to-date with best practices in the digital marketing field.



Required Qualifications
Relevant degree in Communications, Marketing, and/or Advertising from University, or similar education
Demonstrable working experience in Digital Marketing.
Advanced knowledge of SEM/SEO, Digital Advertising, Search Ads, Display Ads, and ad platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and more.
Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics.
Experience in setting up campaigns from start to end.

Job Description
Define and continuously analyse, evaluate and develop Softube’s communications strategy, plan, and guidelines
Create, implement and uphold the Softube visual communication and brand identity/brand personality in all communications
Create, or oversee the creation of, product marketing content. For example, product copy, videos, newsletters, press releases, manuals, catalogues, product sheets, advertisements, content marketing and social media activities
Create, or oversee the creation of, branding promotions/tools/activities. Such as merchandise, branding video content, branding advertisements, social media strategies
Create and analyse marketing campaigns and product marketing
Establish and maintain press relationships
Handle advertising through channels such as print media, online banners, and Google AdWords
Manage our presence on social media and important forums, promoting the brand and products
Ensure Softube optimizes the use of exhibitions from a sales, branding and communicative perspective.
Timely and efficient deliveries of creatives to internal and external parties.



Required Qualifications
Relevant degree (3 years minimum) in communications and/or marketing from University, or similar level
At least five years of working experience within?the field of marketing?or communications
At least one year of working experience leading people, preferably as Project Leader
Experience from managing exhibitions
Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
Hands-on experience with logo design, typography, colour, web layout design, print production, image selection and package design
Proficient use of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects)
Experience with Softube Products
Knowledge and experience in music production
Knowledge and experience of the music software industry, plug-ins, DAWs

We are now looking for an Operations Manager to take the lead in establishing and developing the new operations function within Softube. Softube is heading out on an exciting journey in expanding our position on the market and will establish and set up the supply chain accordingly. In order to succeed, you need to have an open mind set and be structured, thorough, and enjoy challenges. You will report directly to the President of Softube and be part of the Softube executive team.

Job Description 
·      Manage and optimize hardware supply chain and manufacturing. 
·      Manage warehousing and logistics. 
·      Manage all financials and cash flow tied to Operations. 
·      Manage setup and integration of ERP system. 
·      Manage environment, sustainability, and ethics aspects related to Operations and supply chain. 
·      Early involvement in product design phase, optimizing component choice together with Hardware Engineers. 
·      Manage the process of taking hardware products from final prototypes to serial production. 


Required Qualifications 
·      Relevant degree in operations, sourcing and supply chain management, and economics from a reputable university. 
·      Experience in setting up ERP systems.  
·      Excellent in English and Swedish language, both in text and speech. 
·      Excellent computer skills. 
·      Ability to manage and optimize complex flows of products, money, and people. 
·      Being able to sort through large amounts of data and figuring out which details are the important ones. 
·      Attention to detail. 


Bonus Qualifications 
·      5-10 years of working experience within the field of managing operations.
