In this key role, you will be instrumental in advancing SeaPattern's development. You will lead the design and implementation of our turbine clusters, ensuring optimal performance, ease of manufacturing, and efficient system deployment. Your work will span from early-stage prototyping of subsystems to full-scale production.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
Create detailed 3D models, CAD designs, and assembly drawings for the turbine system and related components.
Work closely with the engineering team to ensure designs are aligned with performance goals and manufacturability.
Collaborate with structural engineers to optimize turbine systems and related components for mechanical strength and durability.
Prepare designs for prototyping, testing, and production, ensuring all designs meet functional requirements.
Support design reviews and iterate on designs based on testing feedback.
Help maintain design documentation and ensure all updates are accurately reflected in product plans.
Ensure the designs are producible, considering manufacturing constraints, cost efficiency, and ease of assembly.



We are looking for the following qualifications:
Master’s in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design Engineering or closely related fields.
10+ years experience in mechanical design with strong CAD skills (SolidWorks, Siemens NX, AutoCAD, etc.).
Experience with product design and marine systems is a plus.
Familiarity with mechanical principles, including stress analysis, thermal performance, and materials.
Experience in designing rotating mechanical systems, including gearboxes, shafts, bearings, and related components.
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce manufacturable designs.
Ability to work in a cross-functional team and communicate designs clearly.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills (fluent in English, in speaking and writing is required)
Strong drive to learn and contribute to product development.

We are looking for the following qualifications:
M.Sc or Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineer or related fields.
Approximately 5 years of work experience from structural engineering or materials science
Experience in marine systems, offshore engineering, or renewable energy is a benefit
Strong knowledge of structural analysis and finite element modeling (ANSYS, Abaqus, etc).

Your main responsibilities will be to:
Develop, integrate and test power electronics components, including controllers, rectifiers, and inverters.

We are looking for the following qualifications:
M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, Energy Systems Engineering or closely related fields.
Approximetly 5 years of experience working with Electrical Engineering, with a focus on power electronics, energy conversion, or renewable energy systems.
Proven track record working with hands-on prototype development; building, testing, and iterating on early-stage prototypes to ensure functionality aligns with design goals and performance requirements.
Understanding of grid integration and power distribution systems.
Strong knowledge of three-phase power systems.
Proficiency with simulation software (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink).
Excellent collaboration skills with experience working with multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
Great communication skills, fluent in English in speaking and writing
Experience working in marine or offshore environments is a big plus

Your main responsibilities will be to:
Develop, integrate and test power electronics components, including controllers, rectifiers, and inverters.
Ensure seamless grid integration, optimizing the system for stable and efficient energy distribution.
Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure seamless system integration and overall performance.
Develop and integrate MPPT strategies for hydrokinetic turbines, ensuring optimal power extraction in varying environmental conditions and maximizing the energy efficiency of the system.
Create simulation models for electrical systems using tools like Simulink to analyze, model, and optimize performance of the turbine's electrical components, including power electronics and control systems.
Support generator selection and requirements definition, ensuring compatibility with power conversion and grid integration needs.


We are looking for the following qualifications:
M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, Energy Systems Engineering or closely related fields.
10+ years of experience working with Electrical Engineering, with a focus on power electronics, energy conversion, or renewable energy systems.
Proven track record working with hands-on prototype development; building, testing, and iterating on early-stage prototypes to ensure functionality aligns with design goals and performance requirements.
Understanding of grid integration and power distribution systems.
Strong knowledge of three-phase power systems.
Proficiency with simulation software (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink).
Excellent collaboration skills with experience working with multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
Great communication skills, fluent in English in speaking and writing
Experience working in marine or offshore environments is a big plus
