Project Manager

Our Project office is growing, and we are looking for a driven, energetic colleague who provides solutions and structure. To be able to perform in the role you will need a high technical insight, experience in financial planning as well as in customer-driven project management. You will have a large amount of freedom (and responsibility) to shape your own days. As a person, you are a self-starter, that is capable to set direction and drive results independently. You possess leadership and interpersonal skills, and can engage people, build trust, and get commitment from stakeholders to support your projects.

The local Project Office is part of Operations – an area responsible for projects, logistics, Support & Service, training, purchase and Bid management. We have extensive experience and a broad portfolio of products and services that can be packaged in both scalable and modular solutions. We take pride in supporting our customers and we perform with a purpose; We want to make their life easier. Our Project Managers work closely together with Purchasing, Sales and the R&D department. We believe high performance comes from trust and transparency, teamwork and a high level of accountability. We hire people with a great attitude rather than ideal resumé.

This Is How You Could Make An Impact

As a customer driven PM, you would be accountable to lead and manage customer projects, including activities, such as: purchasing, time and resource planning, create, follow up and report on budget, customer contract, production, and risk management into cross-functional dialogue.
Being a reliable long-term partner, you will, in a continuously close dialogue, help our customers make better decisions and better use of the raw material and thereby achieve increased success in their businesses.

We also pay attention to:

At least 3 years of experience as Project Manager, leading projects in manufacturing, development, or quality assurance.
University degree in business, technical or related discipline or equivalent experience.

Projektledare

Är du en kundinsiktsdriven projektledare med ett stort tekniskt intresse? Vi söker dig som motiveras av ett helhetsansvar och som trivs i en samordnande roll med stort kundfokus!

Dina arbetsuppgifter

Som kundprojektledare hos oss leder och driver du kundspecifika projekt i nära samarbete med kund. Det innebär att förankra projektet i organisationen och driva det genom tillverkningsprocessen för att sedan slutföra det internt i den egna organisationen och mot kund.

Du förväntas ansvara för;

Projektplanering
Kundkontrakt
All kundkommunikation och koordinering av kundprojekt
Resursallokering
Inköp av material
Fakturering
Installation hos kund samt projektavslut

I dina kundprojekt har du ett nära samarbete med kunder, leverantörer, R&D samt våra säljare. I rollen ingår budgetansvar. Du tillhör vårat Linköpingskontor men resor i tjänsten förekommer.

Vem är du

Vi söker dig som har flerårig erfarenhet inom teknisk kundprojektledning, gärna inom industri och/eller automation. Vi tror att du har en eftergymnasial utbildning relevant för tjänsten. Du har en hög teknisk förståelse, erfarenhet av ekonomisk planering samt erfarenhet av att arbeta kunddrivet.
Som person har du ett starkt driv, ser logiska lösningar och har en förmåga att skapa struktur. Du trivs i en miljö med högt tempo och av att hantera flera parallella projekt. Givet är du kommunikativ och ansvarstagande.
Du behärskar svenska och engelska väl i tal som skrift. B-körkort är ett krav. Visa mindre
