Vad innefattar tjänsten?
Som kundansvarig redovisningskonsult hos oss kommer du att leda, bemanna och driva kunduppdrag. Du har en nära och kontinuerlig kontakt med kunden samt en förmåga att identifiera behov och bidra till utveckling av kundens affär. Arbetet kan ske både självständigt och i team och innebär därmed i varierande grad handledning av medarbetare.
Dina arbetsuppgifter består bland annat av:
• Bearbetning av potentiella affärsrelationer
• Lönsamhetsuppföljning av uppdrag samt fakturering
• Kvalitetssäkring av bokslut och deklarationer
• Upprätta bokslut och årsredovisningar
• Biträde kring deklarationer till privatpersoner, bolag samt EF/HB
• Löpande rapportering och rådgivning till kund

Vidare gör vi bedömningen att du bör vara en strukturerad och analytiskt lagd person, som har förmågan att hantera ett flertal parallellt pågående uppdrag och frågeställningar.
Vi söker dig som:
• Har en universitets- eller högskoleutbildning inom ekonomi
• Är auktoriserad redovisningskonsult alternativt har grunden för att bli det
• Har flerårig erfarenhet av kvalificerat redovisningsarbete med vana att upprätta bokslut, årsredovisningar och deklarationer.
Det är meriterande om du tidigare har arbetat på redovisningsbyrå samt haft kundansvar eller ansvar för egna projekt. Om du dessutom har arbetat i Fortnox och/eller Hogias programvaror avseende bokslut och deklarationer, är det positivt. Det är även meriterande om du har erfarenhet av att arbeta med ekonomistyrning, affärsutveckling eller skatterådgivning. Fastighetsutvecklare  Vi söker dig som är har ett starkt affärssinne, en mycket god förhandlingsvana och förmågan att få saker att hända

I tjänsten ingår att

Hitta nya skollokaler. Inventera möjliga fastigheter på ett stort antal orter samtidigt genom att kontakta potentiella fastighetsägare
Ansvara för samordning av projekt kring fastighets utveckling (renovering, utökning, flytt)
Bistå i och i vissa fall ansvara för offertförfrågningar och offertsvar gällande entreprenad
Optimering av lokalytor
Vara kontaktperson gällande fastigheter och fastighetsrelaterade frågor för skolledningen samt externa parter som fastighetsägare och myndigheter
Delta vid förhandlingar med våra hyresvärdar
Följa upp och informera företagsledning avseende vad som händer gällande skollokaler, utemiljö inom respektive kommun
Delta och i vissa fall ansvara för upphandling av företagsövergripande avtal inom fastighetsområdet
Ta fram och presentera beslutsunderlag för företagsledning gällande frågor rörande fastigheter
Kvalifikationer och erfarenhet som kan vara tänkbara

Erfarenhet av uppsökande verksamhet och gärna inom fastighetsområdet.
Erfarenhet av etablering av verksamheter är meriterande
Har verkat som ansvarig för större ombyggnationer av lokaler
God ekonomisk förståelse
Meriterande med erfarenhet av skollokaler 
Personliga egenskaper 

Stor drivkraft och kan utan problem arbeta självständigt men samtidigt kräver rollen en god social förmåga då det förkommer många kontakter både internt och externt. 
God förmåga till planering och viktigt att du är strukturerad och systematisk.
