Rollen och ansvarsområden
Som ledare för Key Account Management ansvarar du för att leda och utveckla teamet, säkerställa ett proaktivt och kommersiellt arbetssätt samt för att driva affären med våra största Enterprise-kunder. Rollen har ett tydligt ansvar kopplat till försäljningsmål, kundnöjdhet och långsiktigt kundvärde. Du skapar strukturerade processer, höjer datakvaliteten och bidrar till att maximera både affärsresultat och kundrelationer. I rollen kommer du också att:
Leda och utveckla teamet med tydliga mål, prioriteringar och uppföljning kopplat till budget och KPI:s.
Driva avtalsförhandlingar, prisjusteringar, kontraktsförlängningar och försäljning av add-ons.
Etablera strukturer för account planning och customer health samt automatisera upsell- och retentionflöden.
Samarbeta nära Leverans & Support, Produkt, Sälj och Finance, samt representera Customer Success i strategiska forum.

Övriga krav och meriter för tjänsten:
Flerårig erfarenhet av försäljning i en roll som Key Account Manager eller motsvarade.
Erfarenhet av att ha arbetat på ett SaaS-bolag är starkt meriterande.
Erfarenhet av en roll med ledaransvar i någon form är starkt meriterande.
Flytande i svenska och engelska i tal och skrift är ett krav.
God vana av att arbeta i CRM-system är ett krav.

Som en del av supportteamet är du BRP:s ansikte utåt. Du ansvarar för att ta emot inkommande samtal från våra kunder, hantera deras ärenden och se till att de får den hjälp de behöver. Din förmåga att snabbt identifiera och lösa grundläggande problem är avgörande. När ett ärende kräver djupare expertis, är du ansvarig för att korrekt eskalera det till vår andra linjens support.
Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:
Besvara inkommande samtal från BRP:s kunder och ge support med grundläggande problem och frågor.
Skapa ärenden i vårt ärendehanteringssystem (Zendesk) under eller efter samtal.
Hantering av första linjens supportärenden i Zendesk.
Eskalera ärenden till andra linjens support när de inte kan lösas inom första linje
Bidra med förslag på innehåll till vår FAQ baserat på vanliga frågor och problem.
Viss beredskap för telefonsupport under kvällar och helger förekommer.

Om tjänsten
BRP söker två erfarna utvecklare till vårt team Platform Services. Platform Services är en ny avdelning inom BRP Groups produktorganisation och ansvarar för att designa och utveckla gemensamma tjänster för alla våra produkter. Platform Services ansvarar också för vår teknikstrategi och den övergripande arkitekturen för hela produktorganisationen.
Vi letar efter dig som har några års erfarenhet av backend-utveckling och systemarkitektur. Det är mycket positivt om du har intresse för AI-plattformar, LLM-orkestrering och nya teknologier.
Kunskaper inom frontend är meriterande men inget krav – viktigare är att du är nyfiken, vill utvecklas och inte räds att testa nytt.

Javascript/Typescript med NodeJS med tillhörande centrala ramverk.
API-design med fokus på användbarhet, robusthet, prestanda och säkerhet.
Arkitektur med mikrotjänster med en händelsebaserad modell och event-streaming, t.ex mha Kafka, Pub/Sub, Nats/Jetstream eller liknande.
Databaser Postgre, MongoDb samt my.
Container-teknologier mha Docker samt Kubernetes.
Testautomation, CI/CD-pipelines - vi använder mestadels Github.
Molntjänster. Vi på BRP använder främst Google Cloud Platform.
Python och användande av språkmodeller (LLMs) i produkter med ramverk som t.ex LangChain, LlamaIndex.
AI agentdesign och relevanta standarder och initiativ, t.ex MCP, A2A.
Kunskap kring "embeddings", "RAG-pipelines" och vektor databaser.
Moderna AI-assistenter i utveckling t.ex Cursor, Copilot, Windsurf.
Erfarenhet av Java och Springboot är ett plus.

As the corporate IT Security Lead, you will drive and enforce security policies, ensure compliance, and establish governance and best practices. You will also collaborate with IT Operations across our locations. Your responsibilities will include:
Application Security: Ensure secure development processes, conduct security assessments, and maintain compliance.
Secure Development Lifecycle (SDLC): Work closely with product teams to enhance in-product security, perform assessments, and follow up on security measures.

Strong expertise in IT security. Knowledge in application security is a plus.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for guiding our new customers through the onboarding process, from initial setup to go-live. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, such as customers, project leaders, and internal teams, to ensure a smooth implementation of our software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
Provide comprehensive training sessions (both online and in person) for the customer and their teams, covering all aspects of the BRP software.
Guide and collaborate with customers in configuring their systems, including memberships, payment solutions, access systems, and other integrations.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as Support, Development and Sales, to address customer needs and challenges.

What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a person with proven experience in customer onboarding, project management, or a similar role, ideally within the software/technology industry. Om tjänsten
Som Applikationsspecialist hos oss arbetar du i en konsulterande roll och primärt med att tolka, analysera och applicera affärskrav i våra kunders olika systemuppsättningar för att de ska få en så ändamålsenlig systemdesign som möjligt. Du tillför affärsvärde genom att ge vägledning och råd till våra kunder om hur systemet och dess funktioner på bästa sätt kan användas för att skapa mervärde. I rollen ingår också att:
Projektleda
Installera hårdvara
Installera och konfigurera nya kunder och nya anläggningar.
Konfigurera tillägg och tredjepartstjänster.
Delta aktivt i utrullning av nya versioner och nya funktioner.

Du kommer att vara en del av vårt Expert Services-team där 9 personer ingår och arbetar från något av våra kontor i Norden.

About the Role
Reporting to the CFO, the Group Financial Controller will play a key role in managing legal reporting, group consolidation, tax and audit processes. You’ll be responsible for ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across all accounting functions, while supporting the CFO in financial planning and business expansion initiatives. This role also includes personnel responsibility of two resources in the accounting team, and outsourced accounting services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the preparation of annual reports, monthly board reports, and lenders’ reporting.
Perform and manage group consolidation on a monthly and annual basis.
Oversee the audit process and ensure compliance with regulations.
Manage a cross-border team of accountants.
Ensure accuracy in tax reporting, tax payments, and transfer pricing compliance.
Manage payroll and cash flow
Establish and uphold Group Accounting Policy.
Support post-acquisition and merger integration processes.
Collaborate on new market establishment with the CFO and Business Controlling teams.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Develop & Execute Payment Strategy
Own and manage the payment solutions offering for BRP Systems products (BRP, Wondr, Twiik) by understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Manage Payment Product Lifecycle
Oversee the entire lifecycle of payment product development, coordinating with cross-functional teams like R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support.

Drive Business Success
Take full ownership for the payment solutions area, setting ambitious targets and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to increase adoption and usage among existing and new customers. Manage the daily operations of the Payments Services and be the single point of contact both internally as well as for partners but also the expert to include in more complex sales-cases.

Who are we looking for?
We want our new colleague to be a strategic thinker with a commercial mindset who focuses on customers' problems and delivers smart solutions within the payments area. It is important that you take full ownership for the field, where you are skilled at managing both external partnerships and internal collaborations at the company. Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience as a Product Manager in the payments or fintech industry.
Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, both commercially and technically.
Familiarity with ERP systems and their integration with payment solutions.
Experience working with gyms, fitness providers, or similar industries is a plus.

Om rollen
Som Frontendutvecklare på BRP är du tillsammans med ditt team ansvarig för användarupplevelsen av vår app och webb. Appen och webben är byggda i React och React native, där appen finns tillgänglig för iOS och Android. Utvecklingen innebär att skriva affärslogik och att integrera med backend API:er.
Vår app används av över en halv miljon slutanvändare, så ditt arbete kommer att påverka en stor användarbas. Tillsammans med teamet är du engagerad i att säkerställa en smidig användarresa samt att göra det enklare för gym- och fitnessbranschen att bedriva sina verksamheter.
Några huvudsakliga ansvarsområden kommer vara:
Bidra med högkvalitativ kod utifrån best practice
Test, granskning och underhåll av koden för att säkerställa produktens kvalitet och stabilitet
Delta i hela livscykeln för produkten: från design till utrullning och underhåll

Your main tasks and responsibilities
When working with First Line Support, your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
Being the main interface to our customers and receiving calls from BRP customers
helping our customers to solve the basic problems they have by handling their requests or bringing the request to second line
after the call, the customer should feel that they have been helped either directly by you or that they know that you have sent a ticket to a system technician.
